Advica Partnership & Mental Health Pilot Program
Accessible, affordable and professional mental health support for every accredited summer camp staff in Canada.
The CCA is excited to announce its new partnership with Advica Health, one of Canada’s top mental health & virtual health providers. The CCA recognizes the increase in mental health cases in Canada and is excited to provide accredited summer camps with the opportunity to support their staff with mental health and virtual health support.
How It Works:
Camps purchase discounted Advica Health plans for their employees starting at $3/month/staff for mental health and $8/month/staff for virtual health support
Employees can access unlimited 24/7 mental health and/or virtual health support
Employees can access ongoing therapy for included and affordable rates

Mental Health Pilot Program - Summer 2025
The CCA is selecting one camp from each Provincial Camping Association to receive financial assistance from the to help offset the costs of the Advica Health program.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the pilot program, camps must:
Be accredited by a PCA that is a member of the CCA
Fill out an application by June 4th, 2025
Sign-on with Advica
Provide feedback through surveys and an interview to help us scale the program in the future.
Application Process
Camps can apply for the pilot program by completing a simple application form by June 4th
Recipients will be chosen by lottery on June 5th, 2025
Camps must complete their registration with Advica by June 6th, 2025

Financial Assistance
Participating camps will receive an initial payment of $250 upon confirmation of enrollment in the Advica Health program. An additional payment of up to $250 will be provided upon successful completion of the program requirements.
Confidentiality
No personal details of camp staff will be collected or shared by the CCA at any point in this pilot program.
