• Coverage for vacant or unoccupied vacant buildings for the entirety such vacancy or unoccupancy exists.

• Building collapse due to snow load, landslide, earthquake or flood.

• Forest fire fighting expenses.

• Improvements to land, such as tennis courts, docks, swimming pools, climbing walls and more.

• All-risk blanket property coverage on a replacement cost basis, including the increased costs of rebuilding due to bylaws. If the site is no longer suitable for your camp, you may take the claims settlement to rebuild on another site.

• Tailored business interruption coverage for loss of revenue and extra expense options, to help you keep operations running after a loss. 

• Comprehensive general liability insurance for all sanctioned activities, including bodily injury, mental anguish, property damage, and sensitive issues like allegations of sexual impropriety or abuse. 

• Voluntary accident and sickness insurance for your employees, volunteers, and campers.

• Reimbursement of criminal defense costs on the finding of not guilty or dismissal of charges.
