To give you a clear picture of potential savings, Foodbuy offers a complimentary analysis of your past purchases. Simply send them a "velocity report or score report from your current supplier (GFS, Sysco, etc.) (which details your annual purchases), and they'll provide two key reports:
Rebate Report: Shows exactly how much money you would have received in rebates without changing a single thing on your menu.
Opportunity Report: Highlights potential for even greater savings by suggesting small, strategic substitutions with higher rebate amounts, without compromising quality.
