Hidden Fees We Bypass
The "Peak Season" Premium: Standard retail pricing surges in July and August. Our fixed rate stays exactly the same all year round.
Young Driver Fees Waived: Retail renters aged 21–24 usually face a "Young Renter Fee" that tacks on an extra $25 to $35+ per day. For our member camps using young summer staff and counselors to drive, this fee is completely waived under our corporate contract.
Free Kilometers: Retail rentals often limit daily mileage or charge per kilometer for larger vehicles. Our contract locks in 3,500 free kilometers per month, saving camps hundreds on out-trips and airport pickups.
The Bottom Line
If a camp were to go to Enterprise's website right now and book a Minivan for a full month in July, they could easily look at a bill north of $5,000 once you factor in peak summer pricing, young driver fees, and mileage overages.

The baseline pricing is structured around fixed daily corporate rates that are highly competitive. To maximize value for the peak summer camp season, the agreement includes built-in breaks for extended timelines: weekly rentals are priced at exactly 6 times the daily rate, and monthly rentals are priced at exactly 4 times the weekly rate. This program bridges the gap between massive corporate buying power and localized camp autonomy. While your camp signs up for the corporate account codes under the corporate umbrella of the CCA banner, your individual camp is completely responsible for running and managing its own rentals.
Because Enterprise's foundational Damage Waiver and Liability Protection are not automatically baked into these low base rates, any rental seamlessly connects directly to your camp's own commercial automobile insurance policy. In the spirit of smooth risk management, your camp simply maintains its standard commercial liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 limit), ensuring your camp, your staff, and your pieces of equipment are fully protected under your trusted existing provider.

Eligible renters include direct employees and contractors of your camp who are executing official camp business. Drivers must meet normal renter qualifications and be at least 21 years of age. Best of all, the standard "Youthful Driver Surcharge" typically leveled at drivers aged 21–24 has been completely waived for our program.
